We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Part Time Brand Ambassador (BA) to represent our eyewear brand in Singapore. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our products, engaging with customers, and creating an exceptional brand experience. You will act as the face of our brand in optical stores, trade shows, and special events, ensuring that customers receive expert advice and outstanding service.

Brand Representation
- Act as the brand's spokesperson, embodying the brand’s values and image in all customer interactions.Maintain a positive and consistent brand image across all retail environments and customer engagements.

Customer Service, Interaction & Engagement
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyeglasses based on their vision needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience that reinforces customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on lens types, coatings, and enhancements to meet individual needs.Educate customers on proper eyewear care and usage.

Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive sales by promoting key products and educating customers on new collections, promotions, and discounts.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by driving brand awareness and product recommendations in retail stores.

In-Store Displays & Merchandising
- Ensure that the brand’s products are displayed attractively and consistently in optical stores.

Work closely with the visual merchandising team to set up and maintain eye-catching displays that draw attention to the brand.

Daily Operation

Keep the shop clean and tidy

**Job Requirements**:

- Dynamic and highly motivated individual
- Enjoy retail environment and teamwork
- Experience in retail/ hospitality/ tourism preferred
- Enjoy interaction with people
