
Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Research and identify digital marketing trends and opportunities to stay competitive.
2. Website Management:
- Oversee website content, user experience, and optimization for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and make improvements accordingly.
- Execute strategies to promote your brand based on relevant marketing metric
- Set up a landing page (similar to hyper fame) to support digital ad.
- Ensure that the website content is updated.
3. Content Creation:
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to ensure cohesive content.
4. Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and responding to comments and inquiries.
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
8. SEO and Keyword Research:
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize website content for search engines.
9. Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, optimize and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Set budgets, bid strategies, and targeting parameters for ads.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
10. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify areas of improvement in the digital marketing funnel and implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement changes based on results.
11. Budget Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor spending and provide budget reports to stakeholders.
12. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Use research findings to refine digital marketing strategies.
- Any other duties / works as assigned by your reporting superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media management tools, and analytics software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.
- Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with our brand identity.
- Produce photography and videography content, including editing, to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to generate fresh ideas for social media campaigns and promotions (as well as Live Selling and collaboration with 3rd Party brands)
Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Online Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Understand SEO and relevant online marketing concepts.
E-Commerce Management:
- Manage and optimize our Easeebuy platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
- Update product listings, monitor inventory, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise within the Easeebuy system.
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional strategies and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage and optimise Easeebuy platform to promote products.
Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
