**Job Summary**

Under the guidance of the Head Coach, Natioanl Team (Women), Technical Director and General Secretary, the **Assistant Coach National Team (Women) / Head Coach U19 National Team (Women) / Women Coach Education & Development**is entrusted with leading the development and competitive performance of the National Under-19 Women's Team as well as assistance to the National Team (Women) Head Coach. In addition, she should be assigning duties in women’s coach education and development.

This role encompasses strategic planning, team selection, training, and outreach, with a focus on achieving success in international and regional competitions, including the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) tournaments.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies, campaign plans and post-tournament reports to enhance team performance, aiming for success in AFC, AFF, and other significant competitions.
- Prepare the team for key tournaments, ensuring optimal performance and competitive edge.

2. **Team Selection and Training**:

- Lead the transparent and effective selection of players for the National Under-19 Women’s Team.
- Design and execute training programs aligned with the team’s goals and FAS’s strategic objectives in collaboration with the Technical Director, Senior Women’s National Team Head Coach, and Club Coaches.

3. **Philosophy and Coaching Alignment**:

- Ensure team training and preparation align with FAS’s cohesive playing philosophy.
- Mentor coaches within the women’s football structure to ensure consistency and quality of coaching across levels.

4. **Outreach and Development**:

- Spearhead coaching clinics and outreach activities to promote football among girls, enhancing participation and talent identification at the grassroots level.
- Assist in scouting efforts across women’s competitions in Singapore to identify emerging talents.

5. **Junior National Development Center (JNDC) and National Development Centre (NDC) Support**:

- Contribute to the training programs for JNDC and NDC teams, ensuring alignment with national team strategies and philosophies, when required.

6. **Assistant Coach, National Team (Women)**:

- Assist Head Coach, National Team (Women) in coaching, team selection, training, competition planning and execution as well as outreach and development.

7. **Coach Education and Development (Women)**
- To support and drive women’s coach education and football development projects / initiatives in as directed by Technical Director, General Secretary or the Council.

8. **General Responsibilities**:

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Secretary or Technical Director or the Council, which may include administrative tasks, public relations efforts, or participation in broader FAS initiatives.
