**Responsibilities**
- Process export orders and coordinate shipment with customers, transporters, and warehouse
- Serve as a liaison providing shipping details to the customers whereby advising appropriate individuals of order changes as they occur.
- Ascertain accurate and timely date processing into the freight solutions systems
- Identify problems, consider alternative solutions and make recommendations for action.
- Provide support/ service to customers
- Ensures high-quality customer service and engagement by frequently interacting with external customers

- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office and equipped with IT skills will be preferred.
