Whether you're a fresh graduate or looking to pivot into Network Engineering, this programme is designed to equip you with the technical capabilities, tools, and real-world exposure to succeed.

**About the Programme**

Successful applicants will go through a **fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp**(3-4 months) followed by **deployment to our hiring partners**.

**BootCamp Phase**
- Duration: 3-4 months
- Full-time, in-person training
- Monthly training allowance provided
- Focused on infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, and DevOps

**Deployment Phase**
- Duration: 3 years
- Full-time salaried position
- Work on critical systems and network deployments across industries
- Continued mentorship and career support

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and support network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Set up and maintain system/network components, including firewalls, VPNs, proxies, routers, switches, load balancers, and reverse proxies
- Support containerised and hybrid cloud environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, VMs)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues, conduct root cause analysis
- Participate in IT infrastructure setup, migration, upgrades, and maintenance
- Perform vulnerability assessments and support system hardening
- Implement and manage Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO (SAML, SSL certs)
- Support CI/CD environments, DevOps tooling, and automation pipelines
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred)

**Preferred (but not required) Technical Skills**

**Certifications**:

- CCNA
- CCNP or equivalent

**Networking & Systems**:

- Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, VPN setup
- Windows Server, Linux OS, Unix, and VMs
- DNS configuration, network security groups, load balancing
- Vulnerability assessments and patching

**Cloud & DevOps**:

- Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Container tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Mirantis)
- CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

**Scripting & Automation**:

- Basic Python or shell scripting
- Familiarity with open-source tools and infrastructure automation
