We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant who is responsible for warehouse fulfilment duties, and the completion of orders. Ensure orders are completed timely and accurately in the most efficient and safe method. To adhere to a high level of KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Picking of products in the warehouse for customer's fulfilment. Ensuring there are no backlogs in the order fulfilment
- Perform inventory checks and ensure data integrity, with the highest stock’s availability for customers
- Perform administration duties for incoming & outgoing shipments
- Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines. Maintain data integrity of the inventory to maximize product availability
- Perform effectively in the storage of products to the assigned area, using the available systems and tools that support an efficient and accurate process
- Contribute daily to the agreed goals of the action plan, as well as being involved in the goal-setting process
- Contribute to an optimized daily workflow operation within the assigned processes by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way, using, and sharing good examples
- Follow quality, security and safety service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contribute to optimizing the operations in the warehouse
- Work alongside colleagues in the department and other areas of the organization.
- May be required to operate a pallet jack to move heavy products
- Execute any other duties & responsibilities which the management / superior may assign from time to time
- Adhere to the company’s Workplace Safety, Health & Security (WSHS) Policy and implement the associated bizSAFE protocols

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the last mile fulfilment industry
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Valid Forklift License and able to operate MHE is advantageous
- Able to commit to work when required during weekends and public holidays
