Corporate Affairs Executive

You will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and contribute to managing and enhancing the groups of companies’ corporate reputation and public image. You will also assist in the implementation of strategies that promote brand awareness, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, business partners, industry associations, government agencies, and media outlets.
- Assist in representing the groups of companies in various forums and events to build brand credibility and foster collaborative partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to proactively identify opportunities and threats.
2. Public Relations and Media Management:
- Manage corporate image by sharing the company’s vision and mission, important milestones and CSR initiatives
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies to promote the companies’ products, services, and corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments in planning and organizing press conferences, product launches, and other media events to generate media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
3. Corporate Communications:
- Assist in creating and delivering compelling and consistent messaging across various communication channels, including press releases, speeches, website content, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and corporate positioning.
- Support crisis communications efforts, ensuring the protection of the company's reputation.
4. Administrative Support:
- Manage the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agenda creation, minutes taking, and action item follow-up.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Exposure to corporate affairs, public relations, or related functions in high-end consumer goods industry.
- Understanding of the luxury retail market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in office productivity software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with social media platforms and a good understanding of social listening skills and tools.
