**Your New Role**
Are you an excellent analytical thinker with an ability to work on initiative and with a wider team? Are you proactive, independent, and driven to achieve results? Great news Survitec now has the perfect role for you as our Commercial Analyst at our Senoko, Singapore Office.
Your role will support the Sales and Commercial teams by producing high quality reporting and insight using internal and external intelligence. You will focus on developing, implementing and managing effective performance metrics and dashboards for the Sales and Commercial functions as a priority but also provide insight across the business, globally to drive effective decision making, improved customer experiences and increased revenues.
**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Design and deliver management information / business intelligence to enable quick and thorough insight into the state of the business, driving commercial decision-making and allowing teams to easily and efficiently self-serve.
- Contribute to projects that drive automation and streamlining of regular reporting suite.
- Use data from a wide range of sources in the production of market and competitor intelligence to inform the sales team
- Develop understanding of external markets, geographic and technological trends and emerging issues
- Work with external data providers, owning and managing relevant subscriptions to ensure best use of budget
- Interpret business needs and identify solution recommendations to support bids, proposals, process improvements and improvement projects
- Create and maintain high quality and user documentation; ensure effective disaster recovery capability for knowledge content
- Support production of effective professional presentations on key trends and findings for a range of audiences; drive increased self-serve content where appropriate
- Support a culture of innovation by contributing to solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring those innovations represent the needs of the internal and external customer

**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**
**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of 3 years’ job-related experience
- Educated to University Degree Level
- 1+ years managerial experience
- Must have experience working within a change environment
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate both written and verbal
