Our client is a reputable enrichment centres with more than 20 years of presence. Currently, they have 20 centres island-wide and is seeking for English Teacher to join their growing team

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive English enrichment classes in accordance with the enrichment centre’s curriculum.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to inspire students’ interest in reading and learning English.
- Prepare teaching materials and resources for lessons as per the company’s guidelines.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Participate in staffs and curriculum meetings, training sessions and other professional development activities.
- Ensure classroom and materials are maintained in an organized and presentable condition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Early Childhood or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is an advantage).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in English or literacy programs, is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and able to adapt teaching styles to suit individual student needs.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning atmosphere.

Other information:

- Working with children between 2.5 to 12 years old
- Small class size of up to 10 students
- Can request to base in 1 location or rotate
- Rotation comes with additional allowance
- Location: East and Northeast region
- Working hours: 5 days work week (3 weekdays 1pm - 9pm, 2 weekends 9am - 630pm)
