**Responsibilities**:

- To evaluate material properties, material process ability for specific project needs
- To propose alternative materials for new solutions
- To collaborate with resin suppliers or institution on new compound solutions
- To advise design team on the right material to use
- Work together with Design & Operations team on process technology
- Review the Mold Flow Analysis
- _Any other duties as and when assigned_
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives_

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Chemical/Polymer Technology/Material Science
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Understand injection molding process
- Good exposure on plastic additive and filers
- Knowledge of industrial testing standards like ISO, ASTM and UL test protocol
- Hands on experience in molding industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
