- Ability to deliver as per the specifications and within the timeline
- Prepare and update necessary technical documentation, developer references and knowledge sharing materials.
- Understand the issues raised during SIT UAT and fix them quickly.
- Collaborate with product owner and team members to develop solutions suitable for customer requirement.
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to implement and deploy changes.
- A strong background and expertise in customer communication and correspondence solutions
- Comfort with fast-paced communications, solution design & delivery, and issue resolution
- Experience in working with onsite and offshore teams
- Involved in designing, developing, testing and supporting complex correspondence development.
- Knowledge on SDLC and have worked using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong conceptual, analytical and demonstration skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and experience
- A passion and commitment for success
- Having EngageOne Designer experience with delivering complex templates is an added advantage.
