Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide personalized emotional, mental, and academic support to MSc students. Act as a key point of contact for student well-being concerns, ensuring timely intervention and resource provision.
- Handle student crises and emergencies, offering immediate support and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.
- Work with academic and support teams to address students' academic challenges, ensuring personalized strategies for those at risk of failing or leaving.
- Organize workshops, initiatives, and programs focused on mental health, stress management, and personal development to enhance student engagement and holistic growth.
- Regularly collaborate with academic staff, student services, and external partners to ensure a comprehensive support network for students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in student care is preferred
- Possess strong communication skills and problem-solving skills with good time management.
- Able to handle stress and passionate in assisting students.
- Experience in counselling and pastoral care will be an advantage.
- Possess a "can-do" attitude, ability to work fast and independently.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
