1. Administrative work and data entries
2. Making outbound call to existing Singtel customer to provide the complimentary TV service (leads and script will be given)
3. Answering inbound calls (adhoc) for customer inquiries when the workforce is facing high volume.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 per month
