**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the implementation of electrical works on site
- Provide hands on and guidance on electrical works
- Accountable for coordinating and sequencing works in accordance to master and detailed scheduled
- Accountable for supervising site works to ensure quality works and completion within schedule
- Supervise on-site technical support in various stages : project execution, attendance of site meetings, testing and commissioning and project handover etc to ensure project progress according to schedule
- Supervise site inspection and to resolve site matters with regards to the project, sub-contractors works and progress of works
- Supervise/train the workers
- Supervise and install electrical and instrumentation like cable containment systems, isolator, power points, cable laying & terminations and earthing / lightning system.
- Prepare documents for power turn-on like COC, megger test report and cable continuity check report and as-Built drawing.
- Attend meetings with main contractors and clients to resolve the project issues, safety tool box and mass tool box meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in landed housing projects
- Familiar with existing SP electrical COP and testing requirements
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
