My client, one of the global leading insurance firm is looking for a Head of Crime Financial Control to work in their flagship Singapore office.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for assisting the Company in fulfilling its regulatory and regional requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC). You are required to develop and regularly update the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) framework considering regulatory requirements, group standards, and the operational context including various risks like customer, product, and geographical factor. In conjunction, you will have to conduct an annual review of enterprise-wide AML & ABC risk assessments, offer advice and guidance to business units on new products, processes, or initiatives and collaborate with the Group office and regulatory bodies on AML and ABC-related matters.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree holder in Business, Insurance or Finance related fields
- Insurance-related certifications (e.g. FLMI (LOMA), CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A & Health Insurance) will be highly preferred
- Experienced in a compliance role in a financial institution
- Familiar with regulations and industry guidelines applicable to the insurance/financial industry such as Insurance Act, Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and its subsidiary regulations, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board regulations, Life Insurance Association (LIA) guidelines
