Job Purpose:
The HNW and Affluent (CPC & CG) client segment team is responsible for designing & evolving the Customer Value proposition of these two Key Client segments as part of the overall Wealth management strategy
The incumbent in this role will be responsible for driving key projects focused towards customer experience and engagement primarily delivered on the digital platform Job Background/context:
The Asia Retail Banking team drives the Retail banking strategy across APAC as one of the key pillars of the consumer franchise in the region. The Regional Segment team is responsible for designing the right Value Proposition, drive client growth and portfolio management strategy across all the Retail bank Client segments by building the right business models that are predictable, sustainable and result in profitable growth
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage delivery of complex digital projects focused on Client engagement and experience
2. Build consensus from ideation to execution during the course of managing large projects
3. Manage multiple stakeholders across technology, multiple markets and regional business teams
4. Conduct and study market research and competitive landscape in order to ensure value added features and ‘best in class’ client experience
5. Reporting of program updates and success metrics in a timely manner to the Regional Segment head
Attributes & Qualifications:
1. Prior Retail bank Strategy experience will be preferred
2. Proven experience in program management across diverse projects involving multiple stakeholders
3. Change agent, problem solver and forward thinker
4. Collaborative, analytical and organized. Leads by example
5. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and influence at any level of leadership
6. Self-motivated, adopt a proactive approach and a team player with a strong sense of owning priorities and the interests of various stakeholders with an ability to negotiate, persuade and adapt
7. Master’s Degree or MBA from a recognized university preferred
