[What you will be working on]
- Develop, review and implement data strategy, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and programmes
- Engage stakeholders within IRAS and the government to improve data processes across the data lifecycle
- Support and maintain oversight over the exploitation of data within the government
- Develop, review and implement data security policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and programmes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and strengthen IRAS staff competencies and capabilities in data management
- Manage and monitor operations relating to data quality management

[What we are looking for]
- Background in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or any other accredited degree program with strong emphasis on analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable with engaging multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Resourceful, independent and motivated
- Ability to to use data extraction and manipulation tools such as SAS, Python, SQL Studio, R would be favourably considered. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to learn and pick it up on the job
- Strong analytical, systems thinking and conceptualization skills
