**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**

You will also support the design, development and implementation of a renewed organisational structure for VITAL. With your expertise and an understanding of VITAL’s business objective, strategy, processes and operations, you will analyse the business structures, recommend allocation of personnel and resources, and facilitate cost-effective and efficient procedures. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders to review and re-design clusters of jobs, analyse and evaluate jobs, and recommend changes to organisational structure for potential to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
You may also be required to handle other aspects of HR functions, such as business partnering, benefits review and administration, as well as HR and organisation-wide projects.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 5 years of HR practitioner experience, preferably in employer branding and/or organisational design
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to manage diversity, work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Independent and resourceful
- Resilient, adaptable and open to take on challenges
- Vaccination status of applicants will be taken into consideration.
