- Coordinate and service the performance of port calls entering the Area (Singapore, South East Asia and Oceania).
- Monitor the execution of the port call and work closely with Operations to ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Manage the customers requirements as per the established Service Agreement.
- Proactively follow up, check and approve suppliers invoices.
