Project Intern (NEL, V&V) (Ref.No. R1005242)

You will enjoy having this responsibility:
This position is with the software validation team in Singapore. The person joining the team will be working on the software verification and validation of the ISCS. This system is a large distributed system in operation, built on Thales internal supervision & control technology, interfacing with various MRT facilities.
- Support software verification and validation process
- Troubleshooting and creating tools to resolve incidents
- Document and communicate procedures, configurations and standards effectively
- The person should also be proactive to help the team in any other areas within the scope of software development life cycle

You have:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computing, Computer Science or a related field and interested in doing verification and validation.
- Proficiency in Linux operating system internals and network concepts.
- Experience in developing tools using the scripting language such as Python
- Ability to learn new technologies in complex operational control systems
- Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive
