**Objectives of the position**:
A business analyst acts as the in-house expert for deriving insights from data and presenting these to management. The business analyst will do so by understanding the stakeholder’s requirements, gathering data from internal sources, and manipulating it to derive at a condensed bit of information which can be communicated and used for decision making.
- Design, develop and maintain reporting dashboards
- Consolidate and analyse data across various departments to discover trends and patterns (including logistics, product management and purchasing)
- Assist in data-driven decision making
- Visualize findings for communication to internal and external stakeholders

**Skills & Qualification**
- Experience in statistics and data analysis using Python / R is essential
- Analytical thinker, resourceful and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication, presentation, and visualization skills
- Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering is a plus
- Fresh polytechnic / university graduates are welcome to apply
