**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- **Brand Development**: Position MoneyFitt as the go-to financial advisory platform in Singapore, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.
- **Market Penetration**: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the fintech and financial advisory industries to penetrate the Singaporean market and beyond.
- **Digital & Performance Marketing**: Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Partnerships & Alliances**: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions, insurers, and other relevant players in the ecosystem.
- **Customer Insights & Analytics**: Utilize data-driven approaches to understand customer behavior, optimize campaigns, and improve customer acquisition and retention rates.
- **Scaling User Base**: Develop creative initiatives to expand the platform’s user base while maintaining high service quality.
- **Leadership & Team Building**: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of innovation and performance.
- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 8-10 years in marketing roles, with at least 3 years as a CMO or senior marketing leader in fintech, preferably within Singapore.
- **Fintech Launch Experience**: Successfully led the marketing launch of a fintech product/service in Singapore, with a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and customer acquisition strategies.
- **Partnership Building**: Proven experience in forming strategic partnerships with financial institutions and industry leaders.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, particularly in the financial services sector.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong data analytics and performance marketing skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- **Leadership**: Ability to inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- **Adaptability**: Experience in scaling businesses in fast-moving environments and navigating growth challenges.
