**Understanding Clients**: Get to know our clients’ goals and preferences to make sure our marketing aligns with their needs.

**Tracking Data**:Monitor campaign performance and client engagement to see what’s working and what needs improvement.

**Collaborating with the Team**:Work with our consultants to ensure our marketing strategies match their client interactions and advice.

**Generating Ideas**:Share your creative ideas to help us stay ahead in the financial consulting industry.

**Supporting Events**:Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, workshops, and other events that highlight our expertise and connect with potential clients.

**Handling Feedback**:Collect and analyze client feedback to refine our marketing strategies and enhance client satisfaction.

**Managing Budgets**:Help with managing and allocating marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

**Reporting**:Prepare reports on marketing activities and client engagement, and provide recommendations for improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**:A Master’s in Business Administration or a related field is ideal, but relevant experience and a proactive attitude are also valued. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- **Interest in Marketing**:A genuine interest in marketing and its role in attracting and retaining clients.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong skills in writing and collaborating with others.
- **Creativity**: Ability to bring fresh ideas and perspectives.
- **Client-Focused**:Enjoy meeting new people and enhancing their experiences.
- **Attention to Detail**:Ability to notice the small details and keep things running smoothly.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Familiarity with marketing tools, social media, and analytics is important.
- **Career Potential**:This role could be a great starting point for a stable career in finance.
- **Team Player**:Ability to work well with others in a close-knit team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,100.00 - $4,200.00 per month
