**About Us**:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as an ERP Systems Consultant & IT Executive. In this dual role, you will serve as an internal consultant for Dynamics NAV 2018, optimizing its capabilities to align with our organizational objectives. Simultaneously, you will oversee traditional IT responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and user support.

**Key Responsibilities:
**ERP System Consultation**:

- Utilize expertise in Dynamics NAV 2018 to customize and optimize the system.
- Collaborate with Finance to extract and manage relevant data.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users to enhance ERP utilization.
- Act as a liaison between IT and Finance for seamless data integration.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee IT projects to align with organizational objectives.
- Maintain project timelines and provide proactive updates to the Head of IT.
- Develop training materials and documentation for projects.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and filing post-project completion.

**IT Infrastructure Management**:

- Ensure stability in the server room cooling system.
- Oversee hardware and software upgrades and installations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, servers, and peripherals.
- Escalate critical issues to the principal entity.

**Network Security**:

- Implement and manage network security measures.
- Ensure antivirus protection on all servers and endpoints.
- Monitor and restrict external devices without updated antivirus from connecting.

**Backup and Data Management**:

- Manage backup software and data integrity.
- Perform daily checks on backup data and escalate issues promptly.
- Maintain a secure backup copy of SQL Database.

**Document Management**:

- Oversee IT document management, including contracts, NDAs, quotations, and invoices.
- Ensure timely submission of payment processes to Accounts Payable.

**Monthly Reporting and Updates**:

- Prepare and present IT reports in monthly departmental meetings.
- Provide fortnightly updates on IT activities.

**Onboarding and IT Training**:

- Facilitate company-wide onboarding sessions covering IT dos and don’ts.
- Provide comprehensive training on system usage and best practices
- Offer ongoing support to staff for IT-related queries during the integration period.

**Prerequisites**:

- Extensive expertise in Dynamics NAV 2018.
- Proven track record in ERP consultancy.
- Strong IT background with project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills for training sessions and reporting.
