Early Childhood Teacher

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Teach and conduct age-appropriate classes for children aged 4-8, focusing on their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Facilitating project-based learning experiences that encourage students to work collaboratively to solve problems using robotics and coding.
- Preparing and leading extracurricular activities, such as robotics and coding clubs or competitions.
- Effectively manage students in the classroom, motivate and encourage them to give their best.
- Establishing rapport with students and parents and communicating with parents on students’ learning progress.
- Incorporating play-based learning strategies to engage children in robotic and coding experiences. Providing opportunities for imaginative play with robot toys, interactive coding games, and programmable toys that help children develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in teaching young children aged 4-8.
- Coding experience is not required; training will be provided. We are looking for keen learners with a deep interest to grow a career in the Tech Education sector.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching situations and adjust teaching methods according to individual children's needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to handle unexpected situations and challenges that may arise in the classroom.
- Open attitude towards innovative teaching methods and project-based learning approaches.
- Ready to work on weekends.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
