**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the beauty team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service standards.
- Perform facial cleansing and other beauty treatments according to company standards.
- Provide professional product and package recommendations, and successfully close treatment packages with customers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior beauticians on performance and customer service.
- Monitor treatment room hygiene and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Keep track of stock levels for beauty products and tools, and liaise with purchasing when needed.
- Support the management in promotions, sales activities, and achieving monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Beautician, with at least **2-3 years in a supervisory or senior role**.
- Strong skills in **facial cleansing**, skin analysis, and other facial/skin care treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident in promoting packages and closing sales.
- Positive attitude and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Professional certification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics is preferred.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays if required.
