Project Cordinator

**Responsible for**:

- on-site project co-ordination and scheduling
- Liaising with contractors/designers
- Assisting project team with site schedule and updates.
- Develops and reviews project status, reports and scheduling project follow-up meetings as needed
- Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned
- Manage DLP maintenance program and A&A works
- Reports to Project Manager

**Requirements**:

- corporate office fit-out, site co-ordination knowledge
- Able to work under tight timeline and possess positive and proactive attitude
- Able to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods
- Strong communication skills

**Salary**: $2,550.00 - $3,774.00 per month
