**Responsibilities**
1. Coordinate with designers and gameplay programmers to design and develop game server features.
2. Review, diagnose and address server issues using various tuning techniques.
3. Configure and maintain game server high availability.
4. Document processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**
1. Strong experience with game development.
2. Adept at writing advanced queries, Unix/Linux system, MySQL、redis、tcp/udp、protobuf.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work calmly in high-pressure situations and manage multiple ongoing projects.
6. At least 5 years of experience in game development.
