Formwork (Structure) Supervisor

**Roles and Responsiblities**
- Direct work for slab construction - Rebar & Formwork.
- Assist in the overseeing and monitoring the daily construction and site coordination of construction activities for rebar & formwork.
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of formwork material needed.
- Check shopdrawings for the preparation of structure works.
- Read and understand technical specifications, prepare job-list, work schedule, plan material take off and manpower planning for each given job.
- Order the material required as per material take off and co-ordinate with purchase department for timely delivery of the materials.
- Control and minimize material wastages.
- Ensure safe working conditions for workers.

**Requirement**
- At least 5 years of experience as a Rebar & Formwork Foreman.
- Relevant qualification / Skilled Craftsman For Reinforced Concrete Works (SCRC)
- Good in working out rebar & formwork quantity based on construction drawings.
- Experience in residential and commercial construction (structure) projects
