We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior Full-Stack Java Developer**with strong leadership and architecture design expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- _System Architecture Design _: Take ownership of designing a robust and scalable system architecture using the Spring Boot + Vue stack.
- _Team Leadership and Mentorship _: Lead and mentor our existing Java and Vue developers, elevating the overall technical proficiency of the team.
- _Development Guidance and Project Management _: Provide technical guidance, oversee the development process, and implement a comprehensive testing plan to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- _Database Management _: Proficient in MySQL, with hands-on experience in database design and performance optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant full-stack development.
- Strong Java Development Skills: Expertise in Java programming, especially with the Spring Boot framework, capable of independently handling complex backend tasks.
- Front-End Skills: Experience with Vue for front-end development, with the ability to work across the full stack.
- MySQL Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of MySQL, including query optimization and efficient database structure design.
- Must be willing to travel overseas as required to collaborate with overseas teams and work with clients.
- Spoken Language: Proficiency in spoken Mandarin Chinese is required for communication with our Mandarin-speaking overseas counterparts and clients.
