**Job Description: Technical Program Manager.**

As a SSD Technical Program Manager in the SSD engineering group you are responsible for developing SATA & PCIe SSD products. This involves understanding all aspects of the SSD product (ASIC, PCB, NAND, FW) along with an understanding on what it takes to integrate and validate the product. Knowledge on supporting the customer qualifications both from a requirements and quality aspect is part of the scope of this job.

**Job Deliverables should include but are not limited to**:
Complete understanding of the SSD Development process and their interrelationship to Micron’s PLM process.

Drive the completion of each stage gate checklist, and engineering presentation materials

Evaluate and coordinate CCB’s relevant to the program you are delivering

Develop and manage build plans supporting product development and product delivery to the teams while maintaining the drive build budget

Assure product certifications are aligned to be complete prior to shipping

Planning the product development schedule with the Lead Systems Engineer

Infinite re-planning of the product delivery plan with each delay in any critical path element

Drive risk analyses and present to the core team or management as required.

Prepare and present regular updates to the team and management. Review all program relevant material generated by the business units for executive dashboards.

Run the Product development team meeting to coordinate, track, and drive all engineering functions to deliver capabilities needed to deliver the product. Escalate deficiencies to each appropriate department manager to drive corrective action.

Track customer Quals immediately after QS milestone to assure all issues are being addressed.
