**[What the role is]**

The Education & Community Outreach (ECO) division promotes public awareness, appreciation and engagement on Singapore's heritage through various initiatives including grant schemes.

**[What you will be working on]**

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director (ECO Grants Management), you will be responsible for administering and managing NHB's heritage grants schemes and promoting heritage awareness through grant initiatives.Specific responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships across Public, Private and People sectors while serving as a key point of contact for grant enquiries
- Analysing programme effectiveness through data analysis and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Contributing to continuous improvement by participating in SOP and policy reviews
- Organising engagement sessions and providing guidance to support grant applicants
- Handling administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required

- Organises and conducts effective engagement sessions and knowledge-sharing platforms
- Manages stakeholder expectations professionally
- Develops and maintains network to promote the grants scheme and organisation initiatives

Governance & Risk Management
- Ensures compliance with grant governance guidelines, organisational policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintains accurate and complete documentation and records for audit purposes
- Identifies potential risks in projects and implements appropriate mitigation measures
- Monitors project milestones and deliverables effectively
- Maintains integrity in evaluation and assessment processes
- Handles sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality
- Ensure proper financial controls and budget management in accordance with established.

**Other Traits**
- Background in Public/Business Administration, Social Sciences, History, Arts, Cultural Studies, Communications, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or early career professionals with a passion for culture and heritage,
- Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, showing empathy and patience in stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated and meticulous
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and digital platforms
- Prior experience in government procurement, finance procedures, grant management, or heritage-related community projects would be an advantage
