Install kitchen piping and its all fitting.

Must be full vaccinated.

Shifting rebar/wooden materials form working site.

Removed of rebar/framework/ from site.

Clean/ loading it for removing it’s from working site.

Willing to work construction project may be long hours.

Must work Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday if required.

Site Cable pulling works at renovation works.

Planning to carry on site work and attend the entire site meeting.

Conduct site safety meeting on regular basis.

Site work and attend inspection with RTO.

Hacking of concrete wall. Removed hacking materials from site into removing tong.

Preparation of cementing works. Mixing concrete with sand/cement/stone/water. Carry it on site.

Dismantled sanitary pipe and its all fitting.

Removed ducting material /sanitary material/ etc.

Installation glass and aluminium frame of the building.

Removed renovation of old glass and aluminium materials for work place and loading to lorry.

Clean/ loading it for removing it’s from working site.

Install all type of drain pipe and its fitting

Able to understand piping installation drawing.

Co-ordinate with Bangla speaking worker who work with already our company.

Cable pulling of residential and commercial building.

Install lighting and its fitting.

Install fan/exhaust fan and its fitting and connection

Monitor and coordinate works of foreman and sub-contractor.

Clean and tidy up of working place and office area to maintain good working environment.

Liaise with main-con and carry out the site inspection.

Shifting scaffolding materials to site and loading/unloading to lorry.

Cleaning of scaffolding area.

Scaffolding materials store into company store. Cleaning of storing area.

Able to understanding scaffolding drawing and PE drawing of scaffolding.

**Requirements**:
Relevant minimum two year working experience as supervise of construction as mechanical or electrical works or other.

Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translates to construction activities

Able to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines

Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook.

Extra certificate added as advantages.
