Our Applicants are required to:

- Assist customers onsite or remotely
- Rack and stack network equipment or servers as per client requirement
- Install fibre and UTP cables
- Check inventory and report for sites
- Log and track all incidents through ITSM tool and follow the incident management process
- Collaborate with the vendor, network infrastructure, security, compliance, and various team for project work
- Supervise vendors and perform user-acceptability checks once completed

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge or experience in IT or data centre environment
- Able to learn new skillsets effectively
- Possess a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to high-quality results and Customer Service Excellence
- Able to track simultaneous issues and use efficiencies to optimise workflow and maximise ticket turnaround time
- Innovative, proactive, independent yet collaborative, and able to embrace changes
- Can follow through tasks, keep the stakeholder and team updated and keen to contribute good ideas
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of common office network setup using a firewall, router, VPN, Wi-Fi APs, etc
