**Requirements & Job Scope**:

- Must have 5 years of working experience as a Utility engineer in Singapore construction industry, will only be considered.
- Min 3 - 5 years of Singapore LTA/ MRT Project Experience
- Able to handle (Method statement Risk assessments) preparation, submission & approvals.
- Experience with wet utility and has rapport with PUB
- Experience/Knowledge in Traffic Schemes/Traffic Diversion
- He or she need to prepare drawings, and PPT preso, and familiar in engagement with LTA, PUB, SPPG, Nparks, FSSD, etc..
- Mainly external work like drain diversion, underground services like SPPG cable 22 & 66kv approval to work within, road works diversion engagement with LTA Prompt, linkways diversion engagement stakeholders, hoardings, hydrant diversion,
- Trees felling engagement with Nparks. SGH Stakeholders engagement, submission of MSRA
- Involved in coordination SPPG (22 and 66kV), Telecom (Power Gas (PE315 and PE150) and PUB (Water pipe dia 800. And dia 300. ) is an advantage.
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site
- Chair and lead coordination meetings with relevant agency
- Management of NCE and trial trench works for locating existing utility
- Manage & Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with authority requirements to get an approval for water, drainage, and other major utilities diversion
- Find out the corridor for each utility agencies to fit the required construction work
- Able to propose circuit and line on each utility agency (SPPG, Telcom agencies, water, sewer)
