Responsible for the administration and operations of Ihsan Kidney Care (IKC), including but not limited to the following:
❖ Adhere to all clinical SOPs of Ihsan Kidney Care

❖ Provide quality nursing care and maintain service standards of Ihsan Kidney Care

❖ Supervise enrolled nursing staff

❖ Respond to the needs of the work environment by creating a safe and efficient workplace

❖ Work closely with the Centre Manager & Nurse Manager in all aspects of operations

❖ Ensure all guidelines as stipulated by MOH are strictly adhered to

❖ Provide education of the dialysis patients

❖ Ensure all nursing records are maintained and updated promptly

❖ Standby to be on hand, for all emergency cases

❖ Handle all emergencies in IKC

❖ Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:A recognized nursing qualification (Diploma or Degree in Nursing).
- **Clinical Competency**:Strong knowledge of clinical SOPs and the ability to provide quality nursing care in a dialysis setting. Familiarity with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines related to healthcare and dialysis.
- **Communication and Education**:Proficient in patient education, particularly for dialysis patients. Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
