**Your role**

- We're looking for an FCP Data Governance Analyst who can:
- define Key Data Elements (KDE) / Key Data Output (KDO), data quality rules/checks, code mappings and new business/product evaluation
- maintenance of data definitions, data flows and lineage, including the maintenance of a catalogue of master / authoritative data sources feeding the transaction monitoring systems
- establish and monitor relevant Key Model Performance Indicators (KMPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to assess TM model performance and provide performance data to senior management
- management of risk and issues associated with transaction monitoring based on changes in regulatory guidance and/or business operating environment and liaise with Models & Methodologies and MLROs to develop mitigating controls

**Your team**
- You'll be joining the Transaction Monitoring Co-ordination, Strategy & Controls (TMCSC) team as part of the APAC regional team. You'll play an important role in ensuring our transaction monitoring coverage is compliant with both internal and external standards.

**Your expertise**
- demonstrated experience in a data management or control function, preferably transaction monitoring in a financial institution
- an understanding of banking products and payments, especially in private banking, investment management and correspondent banking including messaging protocols like SWIFT is an advantage
- experience in data manipulation and analysis in SQL, Business Objects, Alteryx, R or Python
- university degree in a business discipline or technical degree such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering
