**Job Descriptions**:

- Audits the supervision of construction of shafts and bored tunnel structures by TBM in compliance with the requirements of the Building and Construction Authority and to the requirements of the Contracts.
- Ensures that records of all works including but not limited to tests, inspections, and minutes of site meetings are filed in the Project Information Management System.
- Resolves construction related issues raised by Client/Contractors.
- Provides inputs on contractual aspects of the tunnel contracts.
- Monitors and reports on daily, weekly and monthly work progress and safety records.
- Conducts site audits on quality of works in accordance with approved drawings and contract specifications.
- Reviews all drawings, specifications and endorse on daily, weekly and monthly site reports submitted by Contractors.
- Maintains a high profile in HSES by active participation in HSES audits, inspections and reviews.
- Promotes a near miss reporting culture and ensure lessons learnt from these near misses are shared across the program.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- At least 5 years of related work experience of which 3 years in design and construction of deep tunnel related projects;
- Good knowledge of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, particularly deep excavation and tunnelling works;
- Experience in Slurry Shield TBM will be an advantage;
- Strong letter and report writing ability
