**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions according to project requirements.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of engineering systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of engineering designs, tests, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of engineering tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma in Engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Proficient in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Some positions may require a Class 3 driving license for on-site visits.
- Previous experience in engineering roles is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical tools.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with engineering tools and equipment.
- Certifications related to engineering (e.g., Certified Engineering Technician, OSHA Safety Certification).
