**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supervise the Electrical Technician and helper in carrying out the maintenance of production and auxiliary machinery according to the Quality/ Environmental Procedures and Works Instructions.
- Plan and organize the preventive maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilities.
- Liaise with Production Department to ensure that all scheduled equipment maintenance and repairs are carried out on time to enable smooth production operation.
- Maintain proper records of all electrical drawings and activities.
- To constantly participate in brainstorming ideas to develop and fabricate machinery, jigs & fixtures in support of the production processes.
- Train and develop Electrical Technician and helper so that maximum effectiveness and good performance are achieved and maintained.
- Maintain work discipline and motivate subordinate, setting standard for performance review
- Control and maintain sufficient manpower through proper managing of the subordinate attendance to meet the daily work requirement
- Recommend replacement for turnover and new addition.
- Implement electrical safety program and enforcing the practice by the subordinates.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control system, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Able to read technical drawing and diagrams.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Inspect circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Good knowledge of various test equipment.
- Able to support project team when in need
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical
- Preferably experience in Safety activity
- No Color Blindness
- Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills with high level of accuracy in calculations and design
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and pro-active
- Willing to work day and night
