**Key Responsibilities**:
**Research Intern (Protein Expression)**
- Responsible for the resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO
- Responsible for data analysis and processing of cell cultureexperiments, and complete the preparation of experimental records and reports
- Participate in multiple R&D projects as part of the field project team
- Responsible for the formulation and update of SOP, summarising and solidifying work experience
- Managing instruments, and be able to carry out maintenance as required
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

**Research Intern (Protein Purification)**
- Responsible for purification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography and other methods, and able to formulate appropriate purification scheme according to order requirements
- Responsible for filling in and rechecking records related to the purification experiment
- Participate in multiple R & D projects as part of the field project team
- Responsible for the formulation and update of SOP,summarising and solidifying work experience
- Managing instruments, and being able to carry out maintenance as required
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

**Research Intern (Quality Control)**
- Responsible for the concentration test, SDS-PAGE, Western blot analysis, endotoxin test, HPLC and LC-MS test of protein samples
- Summarizing, analyzingand processing experimental data, analyzing and sorting out unqualified data, conducting experimental operations and writing experimental records
- Participate in multiple R & D projects as part of the field project team
- Responsible for the formulation andupdate of SOP, summarising and solidifying work experience
- Managing instruments, andbeingable to carry out maintenance as required
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent
- Familiar with the experimental operation of SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, HPLC and other protein detection
- Good trouble shooting skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good team working skills

**Commitment Period: Full-time, 5 months and above
