**What the role is**
- Be part of the Cybersecurity Engineering team to design, develop, and govern JTC-wide Cybersecurity
architecture, providing end-to-end coverage to ensure that JTC systems (both IT and OT) are protected
against the ever-evolving Cyber threat landscape. Partake in advisory work to the various project teams embarking on IT and OT (e.g. Smart estate/building) projects to ensure adequate security design
and controls are factored into the solutions.

**What you will be working on**
- Develop Cybersecurity architectural strategies and roadmap to ensure end-to-end protection to JTC systems. This includes the detection aspects of the systems against possible cyber intrusions, anomaly traffic and patterns, that may indicate various forms of malicious activities.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to align security requirements to business and functional requirements, so as to ensure that secure systems are built. This includes ensuring that security requirements are designed and built into major systems like the Open Digital Platform (ODP) as part of the Punggol Digital District (PDD) project.
- Analyse, design and develop Cybersecurity technology roadmap and implementation plans based on current vs. future state of the Cybersecurity landscape.
- Assess technical viability of the different Cybersecurity solutions, refine and review proposals for feasibility, compliance and architecture alignment, ensuring compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure services and strategic requirements.
- Analyse business processes to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability controls are considered and introduced into the end state operating environment of the supporting systems.
- Analyse current Cybersecurity architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement.
- Research and review emerging and evolving Cyber threats and evaluate and recommend the technologies or solutions to address the risks.
- Perform POCs to determine the practicality and value of such solutions in the JTC environment.
- Manage the tenders to award, acquire, and implement the approved solutions.
- In the steady state, review, refine, finetune, and upgrade existing cybersecurity solutions as and when required

**What we are looking for**
- Qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Professional certifications in Cybersecurity or Information Security related disciplines preferred.
- More than 8 years relevant working experience in at least two of the following areas:
i. Cybersecurity solutions evaluation, design, review, and implementation;
iii. Cybersecurity systems operations, maintenance, upgrades, and finetuning; and

iv. Cybersecurity Risk Management
- Strong communications and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Passionate in the areas of Cybersecurity trends and the associated emerging security technologies in those areas.
