- Provide administrative support in the Inventory Control department
- Familiar with Bar Code System and Inventory Software
- Manage deliveries for both Sales Office and Workshop
- Data entries for store-to-store transfer
- Handle deliveries for all clients, vendors; arrange and schedule delivery appointments for stores
- Liaise with Engineering Department, vendors, and workshop on stock fulfillment and inventory related issues
- Monitor stock level, stock forecast and keep track of delivery
- Manage stock deployment and allocation
- Handle matters pertaining to Tools & Equipment, Calibration records, etc
- Maintain and update the Inventory Management System, and generate monthly inventory reports
- Ensure accuracy of inventory data
- Support periodic stock take cycle

Job Requirements:

- Experience inventorial administrative roles are preferred
- Fluent with MS Office, especially Excel
- Efficient with assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Good interpersonal communication skills
