Position: Kindergarten Supervisor

Location: Chua Chu Kang

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm

**Salary**: From $3500

**Job Description**:

- Provide oversight and oversee the running of the Childcare Centre.
- Coordination of childcare programmes and schedules.
- Lead the team in setting up the play environment and resources.
- Implement the childcare programme.
- Guide and supervise staff and ensure they attend the requisite training.
- Engage and communicate with parents/guardians and various stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure and maintain a pool of pre-approved relief staff for deployment when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management on matters on school operations.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing childcare, early childhood, or kindergarten programmes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with parents, guardians, and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to oversee programme implementation, manage schedules, and handle staff deployment.
- Proficiency in maintaining compliance with guidelines and standards.
