Our client a large financial institution is looking for a highly Head of disaster recovery
Reporting to the Head of Technology, the Disaster Recovery Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing DR plans, carrying out DR test and implementing DR solutions
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage, Facilitate multiple internal and external teams and resources in the delivery of business continuity, Disaster Recovery and incident management
- You will maintain Disaster Recovery program governance, including reviewing and updating Disaster Recovery policy, process, and testing templates
- Provide guidance and support activities to negate risk exposures to existing IT services
- Disaster recovery test planning & execution
- Ensuring DRP plan are meeting regulatory standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Disaster Recovery solutions and associated security policies
- Managing risk such as emergency planning, disaster recovery, emergency / crisis response management.
**Requirements**:
Background in disaster recovery planning & execution and are skilled in situation analysis (DR scenarios). (Min 10 years)
- Experience in managing DR in complex data centre environment
- Experience in operating on a critical path, managing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships with both technology and business.
- Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity Certification (desirable)
- Experience in building resilience against Cyber attacks
- Strong understanding of Disaster recovery policy
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $22,000.00 per month
