As a Board Game Cafe All-Rounder, you will play a versatile role in ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe and providing an exceptional experience for customers. You will be responsible for various tasks, including customer service, game assistance, food and beverage service, and general cafe maintenance. Your ability to multitask, engage with customers, and maintain a positive atmosphere will contribute to the overall success of the board game cafe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Assist customers in choosing board games based on their preferences and explain game rules when necessary.
Answer customer inquiries about the cafe, game availability, and events.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for enhancing the gaming experience.
- Game Assistance:Teach and demonstrate board game rules and mechanics to customers.

Offer guidance and recommendations for game strategies and tactics.
Monitor game sessions to ensure fair play and enforce cafe rules.
Organize and maintain an inventory of board games, cards, and gaming accessories.
Assist customers with game setup, cleanup, and any technical issues that may arise.
- Food and Beverage Service:Take customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

Ensure that all food and beverage items meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
Maintain a clean and organized food and beverage service area.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile cash register at the end of shifts.
- Cafe Maintenance:Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, gaming equipment, and other surfaces in the gaming and dining areas.
Assist with restocking supplies, including board games, cards, food, and beverages.
Set up and decorate the cafe for special events and promotions.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management.
- Event Support:Assist in organizing and hosting gaming events, tournaments, and themed nights.

Help with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and gaming equipment.
Engage with participants, explain event rules, and provide support throughout the event.
Assist in promoting events through social media and other marketing channels.

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge and passion for board games and the ability to teach game rules effectively.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of boardgames is desirable but not always required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
