Role Responsibilities:
2. Performing requirements analysis, create the user stories and confirm/align them with the respective stakeholders across business, operations and technology to bring successful deliverables / functions / features.

4. Working closely with business, product owners and development teams, participate in test case creations for the user stories, ensuring their successful delivery and customer/employee journeys across the project.

5. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas / findings, gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. 6. Establish project requirements, prioritizing them based on business needs and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion of MVPs in accordance with all risk, architecture and other relevant guidelines across projects

7. Proactively seeks understanding of project hours variances and influences timely resolution of the issues liaising with relevant line of business / technology stake holders.

1. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA with 7-10 years of overall experience

2. 5+ years of experience business analysis in banking domain with at least 3+ years of experience in working agile methodology (Scrum & Kanban), requirements risk and issue management

3. 2-3 years’ experience in working in project finance and understand basic finance concepts like CAPEX, OPEX, Depreciation, Ownership etc

4. Familiarity with various systems used in banking domain, fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

5. Good stakeholder management and the ability to influence stakeholders, internal tech teams, solution engineers and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

6. Good written and spoken communication skills, good presentation and documentation skills

7. Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations

8. Competency in Confluence, JIRA, Share point, Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook"
