The role of a PSA is to support the Operations Executive at Renal Dialysis Centre (RDC) in ensuring smooth daily operations at RDC.

The role entails the following:

- Provide administrative and secretariat support to RDC
- Follow-up and arrange for maintenance and repair of machines
- Work closely with RDC team to complete water samplings timely and regularly
- Ensure results (both hardcopy and softcopy) are kept in accordance with MOH requirements for audit purposes
- Maintain and handle accurate inventory of all equipment and consumables in Renal Dialysis Centre
- Monitor and assist with patient scheduling
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

**Job Requirements**:

- Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Applications
- Independent & a good team player
- Able to multitask and work with tight timelines
