This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self driven Valuations Senior/Associate. As a vital member of the team, your main responsibilities include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager(s) and/or partner(s) in business development and project scoping and quotation;
- Prepare proposals, engagement letters, marketing materials and technical documents;
- Take part in setting up best practices, workflow and procedures;
- Take the lead in training intern(s) and/or other colleagues in valuation matters;
- Perform market and industry research;
- Develop financial models and analyse if the financial projections are reasonable;
- Prepare and deliver high quality valuation reports in accordance with relevant international valuation standards and/or financial reporting standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CVA, RICS or ASA) is a plus;
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in valuation or corporate finance with a reputable firm;
- Depending on the nature of the project, overseas travel will be required.
- Able to work independently with little supervision;
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Familiar with valuation methodologies such as income approach, market approach and cost approach;
- Familiar with Bloomberg terminal and Capital IQ;
- Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS and US GAAP;
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word;
