**We are looking for a doer, builder and most importantly someone who takes ownership and pride in their work.**

**Your Mission**:
Take charge of our fabrication and operations pipeline from end to end.
You’ll lead the factory, drive production planning, build systems to track output, and make sure every project flows smoothly.

**You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Leading factory operations: manpower planning, output, QC
- Weekly/monthly production plans aligned to project timelines
- Implementing dashboards to track job progress
- Flagging bottlenecks _before _they become delays
- Coordinating with sales, design, and site teams
- Managing performance of workshop supervisors and production staff
- Owning material planning and stock tracking
- Reporting directly to management promptly
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, BCA, MOM,and regulatory standards

**You Should Have**:

- Experience in steel fabrication or perimeter security products (preferred)
- Proven track record running factory teams and production workflows
- Strong operational and analytical skills: Able to see gaps, builds SOP and problem solve.
- Confidence with digital & AI tools (Excel, project tracking tools, etc.)
- Leadership qualities — ability to discipline, coach or course-correctIn-depth knowledge of BCA, MOM, and workplace safety regulations
